My favorite theme park time of the year is almost over! Epcot’s International Food and Festival! Over the past few weeks, I trekked around World Showcase trying these Costco sized samples. Here are my favs.
Canada: Salmon; Chicken Chipotle Sausage; not pictured- Cheddar Cheese Soup
Ireland: Fisherman’s Pie; Warm Chocolate Lava Cake
France: Escargot
Belgium: Belgium Waffle w/ berries compote, whipped cream
South Korea: Lettuce Wraps with pork and Kimchi slaw
Brazil: Seared Mahi Mahi
US: Pumpkin Mousse with Ocean Spray Craisins and Orange Sauce
Italy: Capellini con Gamberi Piccanti (which roughly translates to: shrimps and noodles in a spicy sauce that’s really good!)
Poland: Kielbasa and Pierogies; Golabki (which is baked minced pork wrapped in cabbage in a tomato sauce, yes I had to wiki it)
Desserts and Champagne: White Chocolate Macadamia Mousse with Dark Chocolate Pearls
