One of my former roommates/friend came to work her seasonal hours a few weeks ago. I like hanging out with her because she likes to eat food. Not just fast food or quick service, but nice restaurant expensive Disney food.
I made reservations at Coral Reef in The Seas at Epcot. Started out with the appetizer for two which included crab cakes, lobster bisque and fried shrimp. I ordered the salmon with black rice, and she got the seasonal catch with risotto ;forgot what hers was called, though. It was all really very good.
Afterwards we headed to Ireland for warm chocolate lava cake for a quick dessert before the fireworks started. Awesome!
